Mikayla’s wine program for the Crenn Dining Group received the Jury Prize’ from the World of Fine Wine. Her passion and curiosity for the art and science of wine continue to propel her in the vibrant wine culture around the world.

Lia Jones  CMS Certified Sommelier Executive Director Diversity in Wines & Spirits

Lia Jones is a Belizean American, born in New York City, with two decades of hospitality industry experience. With her strong will to transform global hospitality into a more equitable workplace, she became Wine Enthusiast 40 under 40 tastemakers of 2020.

Elan Glasser

Director of Operations Diversity in Wines & Spirits.

Elan works for Rosenthal—The Malibu Estate as well as in wine and spirits exporting and consulting, in management roles overseeing wine and spirits e-commerce, and as a wine and spirits educator. He joined Lia in this non-profit organization in 2018.
